Processed Brass | Fenix Ammo

Processed brass from Fenix gives reloaders a running start, and to be perfectly clear, this is not loaded ammunition. These are once fired cases put through the strictest quality control in the industry: sorted by caliber to 99.98% accuracy, wet washed, pressure tested, deprimed, full length resized, trimmed where needed, washed again, and tumble dried in hot corncob for a mirror shine. Four calibers: 9mm, .40 S&W, .45 ACP, and .223/5.56.

What Processed Actually Means Here

Steel, aluminum, and Berdan primed cases are removed up front. Commercial grade equipment handles pressure testing, resizing, neck tension, and roll sizing, and culls the remaining 0.02% of mismatched headstamps plus the stepped wall cases that cause case head separation. What reaches your bench is ready to prime and load.

The Other Half of the Brass Loop

This page sells cases to reloaders. The Brass Credit program buys your spent brass back as store credit toward loaded ammunition. Run either side or both. Between the two, very little brass in a Fenix customer's life goes to waste.
