Designed for extreme accuracy when it counts most.

Our Competition series 5.56x45mm NATO ammunition follows the same rigorous quality control process used in our other world class products.  We start with 100% factory new 5.56x45mm NATO headstamp brass fitted with a CCI primer.  From there, a healthy dose of extruded, temperature insensitive powder is dropped, capped off by a Hornady 75gr match grade projectile.

Tested to be sub-MOA  accurate at 400+ yards, perfect for 3-Gun major matches.  Need to flip a spinner target at 100 yards?  The additional kinetic energy these rounds enjoy compared to standard 55 grain ammo virtually guarantees fewer shots and faster stage times.  Finally, a match grade round at an affordable price!

Interested in defensive applications?  This round is optimized to function in short barreled rifles; we make up for the loss of muzzle velocity with a heavier projectile to deliver more impact energy on the target.  US Special Forces switched to heavier projectile ammunition years ago for use in their 10-11" barrel carbines, and so should you!

50 round quantities are packaged in our signature clear, plastic containers.

250/500/1,000 round quantities are packaged in 6 mil plastic bags with an enclosed desiccant pack to ensure dryness if stored long-term.

Looking for larger quantities?  Check out our Bulk Ammo section for even better pricing!

Proudly manufactured by American workers in Novi, Michigan.

WARNING: this round is loaded above SAAMI specification for .223 Remington chamber pressures (55,000 PSI).  We HIGHLY recommend the use of barrels chambered in either .223 Wylde or 5.56 NATO, which are designed to accommodate the higher design pressure of 5.56 NATO ammunition (62,000 PSI).
