Training .223 Ammo by the Bag

The 62gr FMJBT runs 2,850 FPS from a 16" barrel on Hornady projectiles and remanufactured brass. Expect MOA accuracy from quality barrels, with a 1:7" to 1:9" twist recommended. The 55gr is the classic value trainer. Both come 250 to a package with an industry leading 100% inspection rate, and neither projectile is steel core, so they are welcome at ranges that run magnets.

Specialty .223: VMAX and Match HPBT

The 55gr FXP VMAX brings fragmentation back to short barrels: explosive expansion at velocities achievable in barrels as short as 10". The 75gr FXP HPBT (2,800 FPS from an 18", .395 G1 BC) is tested sub MOA at 400+ yards and delivers MK262 class performance from short barreled rifles. Both ship in 100 round packages.
